1) How to Secure Your Date
- Your date is secured once we have a signed agreement and a 50% deposit.
- Tentative holds are available for 7 days. The first deposit received secures the date.
2) Payment Schedule
- 50% deposit due at booking.
- Remaining balance due 7 days before your event.
- Deposits are non-refundable.
- Accepted payment methods: Venmo (@mikethemicps) or check (by request).
3) Reschedules & Cancellations
- One reschedule is allowed with 30+ days notice, and the new date must be within 6 months (subject to availability).
- Short-notice changes may include a surcharge.
- If you cancel, the deposit remains non-refundable (it reserves your date and prep time).
4) Setup, Space, & Power
- Typical setup time: 30 minutes for small events, up to 60–90 minutes for larger setups.
- Please provide a safe, reasonably close load-in path and access to standard power.
- If the venue has restrictions (sound limits, load-in rules, curfew), please share them in advance.
5) Travel
The primary service area is the Oklahoma City metro (Edmond to Moore). Travel outside the metro — including out-of-state and destination weddings in Michigan, Texas, or Kansas — is available when transportation and related expenses are covered.
6) What You Can Expect From Mike
- Professional-grade sound, wireless microphones, and a clean setup.
- Fast setup/teardown with backup gear always on hand.
- Friendly hosting that focuses on fun and participation — not perfection.
- Trivia, games, and music between performers to keep the whole room engaged.
