About Mike
Mike has been an avid karaoke enthusiast for most of his adult life. Not just for the songs, but for the community that forms when a room decides to cheer each other on.
Karaoke became a job through a fellow host in the area. She pointed Mike toward a local bar that needed coverage that she could not accommodate, and she was running a show that Mike genuinely respected.
After seeing plenty of subpar shows across the metro, Mike took the leap and built his hosting style on two things: modeling what great hosts do well, and refusing to repeat the things that make a night feel awkward, cliquey, or low-effort.
The goal has always been simple: make everybody in the room feel like part of the night, even if they are not there to sing, and keep the vibe positive, upbeat, and welcoming.
